Rachel Goode

Communications, Membership

Having spent six years working for the Co-op, most recently as a Member Activator across Dorset, Rachel brings deep experience in community engagement, co-operative values and inclusive leadership to the BFM Board. Her work centres on listening to what matters most to people locally — from the cost of living and food waste to sustainability and community support. She is also actively involved with the Beaminster Community Fridge and Larder, giving her a grounded, day-to-day understanding of food access pressures and the difference that community-led initiatives can make. A former Beaminster Town Councillor and Chair of the Community Engagement Committee, she is excited to bring her commitment to fairness, dignity and inclusion to BFM, an organisation whose co-operative values she wholeheartedly shares.
