Emma Froy
Partnerships, Hub Development
Emma brings a wealth of food industry experience to the BFM Board, from working as a Food Buyer for Sainsbury's to owning and running a butcher's and delicatessen in Beaminster for nearly a decade. A Business and Hotel and Catering Management graduate, she has also volunteered on rehabilitation programmes for young offenders at Portland Prison, worked in schools and field studies centres, and currently spends one day a week at Bridport Community Kitchen providing hot meals and company for the local community. She also sells organic wine to local cafes, farm shops and the wider community. Emma firmly believes that food is the glue that connects people, and is particularly excited to get involved with the NOURISH Community Food Hub project, helping to bring it to life at the very heart of Bridport.
