local chef GILES SMITH is going to create delicious tasty dishes using ingredients that have been brought to the Bridport Garden Glut & Food Surplus Stall*
Climate Change will affect what we eat, when we can get it, and reducing Food Waste is part of that, so help us to help you!
* The Bridport Garden Glut & Food Surplus Stall runs from 9.30 – 11 am every Thursday in St Swithun’s Church car park. Food is supplied by local food retailers and supermarkets as well as local gardeners. Open to everyone. Food is available for FREE or for a donation.
